Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work great)

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Make the crust: In a bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.

Layer the toppings: Evenly sprinkle the shredded coconut over the graham cracker crust. Follow this with a layer of semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Distribute the chopped nuts on top as the final layer.

Add the condensed milk: In a small bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the pan, making sure to cover all the toppings.

Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

Cool and slice: Remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cool, lift the bars out using the parchment paper (if used), and slice them into squares or rectangles.

Serve and enjoy: Serve your Enchanting Magic Cookie Bars at room temperature or slightly chilled. They are perfect for parties, gatherings, or a special treat at home!
