1 package (1 lb) refrigerated puff pastry sheets

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for added flavor)

Olive oil spray (or butter) for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Flour, for dusting

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8-inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles measuring about 4 inches in diameter. You should get about 12-14 circles depending on the size.

      Create Tarts Base: Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the circles. This step helps prevent them from puffing too much in the middle during baking.
