Ingredients

For the mini burgers:

1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

12 mini slider buns

For the special sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp French dressing

1 tbsp sweet relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt to taste

For the toppings:

12 slices of cheddar cheese

Shredded lettuce (about 1 cup)

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup sliced onions

Instructions

Prepare the special sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the burgers.

Make the mini burgers: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form the patties: Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties, about the size of the slider buns. Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to ensure they cook evenly.

Cook the patties: Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip them over and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the cheeseburgers: Start with the bottom half of each slider bun. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on the bun, add a cheeseburger patty, a layer of shredded lettuce, a few diced pickles, and sliced onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve and enjoy: Arrange the mini Big Mac cheeseburgers on a platter and serve immediately with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
