1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup M&Ms or colorful candy-coated chocolate pieces

1/4 cup chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, or walnuts)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds for added nutrition

Instructions
 

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and a sticky mixture forms.

    Add Sweetness and Crunch: Fold in the mini chocolate chips, M&Ms, chopped nuts, and salt. If you're using ground flaxseed or chia seeds, add them in at this point for extra nutrition. Mix until evenly distributed.

      Chill the Dough: Cover the mixture with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This step will make the mixture easier to shape into balls.
