Ingredients
  

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour, rolled oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and sea salt. Stir well until all dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

      Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is evenly combined. The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.

        Fold in Chocolate Chips: If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture gently until evenly distributed.

          Shape the Bites: Using your hands, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
