1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups Kit Kat bars, chopped (plus extra for topping)

For the chocolate ganache:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust:

      - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of individual dessert cups or a removable-bottom springform pan to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while making the filling.

            - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
