Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Make the filling: In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.

Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping too much; this will keep the filling light and fluffy.

Fill the crust: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips over the top for added texture and flavor.

Chill the pie: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set. For best results, let it chill overnight.

Serve: Once set, slice the pie and top with chopped peanuts if desired. Enjoy a slice (or two) of this indulgent no bake peanut butter pie!
