2 cups rolled oats

1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/2 cup sliced almonds (or any nut/seeds)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a well-combined, sticky mixture.

    Create the Crunch Layer: Take a 9x9-inch (or 8x8-inch) baking pan and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Press about two-thirds of the oat mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crunchy base.

      Mix the Yogurt Filling: In another bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the diced strawberries. If you want to sweeten it up a little more, you can stir in an extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

        Layer the Yogurt: Spread the strawberry yogurt mixture evenly over the pressed oat base, smoothing it out with a spatula or back of a spoon.
