Ingredients
  

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slider buns

1/2 cup ranch dressing (for serving)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Butter (for toasting the buns)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well integrated.

      Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.

        Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

          While the chicken is baking, melt a bit of butter and brush it onto the cut sides of the slider buns.

            In the last 5 minutes of baking, remove the chicken from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the patties, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

              Once cooked, remove from the oven. Toast the buttered slider buns for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.

                Assemble the sliders: Place a buffalo chicken patty on each bun, drizzle with ranch dressing, & top with green onions.

                  Serve warm and enjoy your spicy and savory sliders!
