1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs for a different texture)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, beat the two eggs until well combined.

      In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour (or breadcrumbs), and garlic powder.

        Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, ensuring it's completely coated.

          Immediately roll the coated floret in the Parmesan mixture, pressing down gently so it adheres.

            Place the coated cauliflower bites onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced apart for even cooking.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through to ensure even browning.
