Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

8 slices provolone cheese

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic powder (optional, to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add Veggies: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce to combine all the flavors.

Cheese Melting: Lower the heat, and layer the provolone cheese slices over the steak and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Assemble Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the dish. Scoop the cheesesteak mixture generously over the buns, ensuring an even layer. Top with the remaining slider buns.

Bake: Brush the tops of the slider buns with a little olive oil or melted butter for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the buns are toasted.

Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley. Slice and serve warm, and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
