1 pound breakfast sausage (crumbled)

1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns (thawed)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed and set aside.

      Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

        Mix the hashbrowns: In a large greased casserole dish, spread the thawed hashbrowns evenly on the bottom.

          Layer the ingredients: Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the hashbrowns. Next, pour the cream cheese and egg mixture over the sausage and hashbrowns, making sure to cover them fully.
