Savory Black Pepper Chicken Delight

500g boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons black pepper, coarsely ground

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sugar

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

    Prep the Vegetables: While the chicken is marinating, chop the red and green bell peppers and slice the onion.
