Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, salt, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight for maximum flavor).

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F/190°C). If using a grill pan, place it on the stove over medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken thighs on the grill. Cook for around 5-7 minutes on one side until grill marks appear.

Flip and Cook: Flip the chicken thighs. To intensify the flavor, brush with additional marinade (if desired). Grill for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows juices to redistribute. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy! Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
