Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup chocolate bar pieces (milk chocolate or dark chocolate)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.

Fold in Chocolate and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Spread the Dough: Press about two-thirds of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create an even base layer.

Add Chocolate Bar Pieces: Evenly distribute the chocolate bar pieces over the cookie base.

Top with Remaining Cookie Dough: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough over the chocolate layer, being careful to spread it out as much as possible without fully covering the chocolate bars.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.

Cool and Slice: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing into squares. For the best results, let them cool completely before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm or at room temperature, savoring the gooey chocolate and marshmallow goodness!
