For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ teaspoon salt

For the filling:

2 cups mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup almond slivers (optional)

For the topping:

1 cup milk chocolate bars, broken into squares

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

    Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, forming a firm, even crust.

      Bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool slightly.

        Prepare the Filling: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

          Add Marshmallows: Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and fold in the mini marshmallows and almond slivers (if using) until well combined.

            Assemble Bars: Pour the chocolate and marshmallow filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle additional mini marshmallows on top.

              Top with Chocolate: Place the milk chocolate squares evenly over the marshmallow layer, allowing them to melt slightly. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is melted and gooey.

                Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven, and let the bars cool completely in the pan. Use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Cut into squares and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs for garnish. Enjoy your delicious S'mores Bars!
