Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)

Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

    Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt until the mixture resembles wet sand. If desired, mix in the vanilla extract.

      Press the Mixture: Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating an even layer.

        Add Chocolate and Marshmallows: Evenly sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust, followed by the mini marshmallows.

          Melt & Drizzle Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the marshmallows as a topping.

            Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.

              Cool: Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to firm up.

                Slice and Serve: Once cooled and set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your S'mores Bars Delight!
