½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until evenly mixed.

      Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

        Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well incorporated.

          Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

            Fold in Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
