1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces (or 1 cup chocolate chips for easier option)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

      Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, ensuring everything is well combined after each addition.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

          Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed through the cookie dough.

            Prepare S’mores Filling: Take about 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough and flatten it in your palm. On top, place 1-2 pieces of milk chocolate, a small handful of mini marshmallows, and a tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.

              Stuff the Cookies: Carefully wrap the cookie dough around the S’mores filling, sealing it completely. Roll it into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
