Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan to prevent sticking.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream and milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined; do not overmix.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing it out evenly.

In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup granulated sugar with the 1 teaspoon cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter in the Bundt pan.

Gently pour the remaining batter on top, smoothing it out. Then, sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
