8 large flour tortillas

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)

1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Jalapeño slices (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the chicken mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spicy BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, black beans, corn, diced bell peppers, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are coated evenly.

      Assemble the tortillas: Take one flour tortilla and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese on top, then roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Repeat this step with the remaining tortillas, laying each rolled tortilla seam-side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
