Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup Sriracha sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings become crispy.

      Prepare the Marinade:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

          Marinate the Wings:

Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the marinade and toss them until they are completely covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor.

              Bake the Wings:

After marinating, arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack set over the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

                  Glaze the Wings:

In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings with any remaining marinade. This will enhance the sticky glaze.

                      Garnish and Serve:

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle them with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.
