1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out some of the flesh to create more space for the filling. Set the avocado halves aside.

Make the Tuna Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are uniformly blended.

Season the Mixture: Add salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, mix in sliced jalapeños for an extra kick!

Stuff the Avocados: Spoon the spicy tuna mixture into each avocado half, filling them generously.

Serve: Plate the stuffed avocados and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

Garnish (Optional): For a decorative touch, sprinkle additional cilantro or slices of jalapeño on top before serving.
