Ingredients

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup angel food cake, cubed

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

In a large bowl, fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. This creates a light and fluffy base.

Gently add the sliced strawberries and cubed angel food cake to the fluffy mixture. Carefully fold in the mini marshmallows to prevent them from breaking.

Mix everything gently until all the ingredients are well coated in the fluff.

Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual cups.

Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top for a delightful crunch.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve cold and enjoy!
