Ingredients

1 cup sugar cookie mix

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (for coating)

Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Cookie Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix well until a dough forms, ensuring there are no lumps.

Add Flavor and Texture: Stir in the vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Chill the Dough: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, allowing the dough to firm up slightly.

Form the Truffles: Once chilled, scoop out small amounts of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place the formed truffles on a lined baking sheet.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and completely melted.

Coat the Truffles: Dip each sugar cookie ball into the melted white chocolate, making sure it's fully coated. Use a fork to lift out the truffles, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Return them to the lined baking sheet.

Add Finishing Touches: While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the tops with colorful sprinkles to give them a festive look.

Set and Serve: Place the truffles in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate coating hardens. Serve chilled and enjoy your delightful treats!
