Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 cup water

2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup refried beans

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce

Optional: diced jalapeños, lettuce, and cilantro for topping

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and water, mixing thoroughly. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the beef is well coated in seasoning and the sauce thickens slightly.

Prepare the Fillings: In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well incorporated.

Assemble the Burritos: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the rice and cheese mixture down the center. Top with a portion of the seasoned beef, a sprinkle of diced onions, and a few diced tomatoes. Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce for an extra cheesy kick.

Roll the Burritos: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all fillings are secured inside.

Grill (Optional): For a crunchier exterior, heat a skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Cut the burritos in half and serve with additional nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and your favorite toppings like jalapeños, lettuce, and cilantro.
