2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)

1/2 cup whole grain mustard

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

8 slider buns (mini burger buns)

1 cup coleslaw (premade or homemade)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole grain mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Adjust the seasoning to taste.

    Combine Chicken and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the tangy mustard mixture. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the sauce.
