Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup crushed Saltine crackers

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Crust: Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges to make it decorative if desired.

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Saltine crackers, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined.

Fill the Pie: Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Bake the Pie: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Cool Down: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Serve: Slice the pie into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream if desired.
