Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add the Veggies: Add the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything until well incorporated.

Incorporate the Cheese: Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, making sure to evenly distribute the cheese throughout the mixture.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the dip mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches works well) and spread it out evenly.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette.
