Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Tortilla chips, toasted bread, or veggie sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the spinach: In a sauté pan over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the goods: Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, cooked spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until everything is well combined.

Transfer to baking dish: Pour the dip mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish or pie plate. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or fresh veggie sticks for dipping.
