Tuna Tacos with Strawberry Slaw

2 (5 oz) cans of tuna, drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

For the Strawberry Slaw:

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Strawberry Slaw:

    - In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced strawberries, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

      - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
