20 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked and chopped shrimp

1 cup cooked and chopped lobster meat (or imitation lobster)

1/2 cup drained canned crab meat

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Extra mozzarella for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

      Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, shrimp, lobster, crab meat, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined and set aside.

        Stuff the Shells: Take each cooked shell and carefully stuff it with the seafood filling. Place the filled shells on a baking dish. Repeat until all shells are filled.

          Prepare the Sauce: In a saucepan, warm the marinara sauce over medium heat. If you like a little heat, add crushed red pepper flakes and mix well.
