1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

8 slider-sized cheese slices (American or cheddar)

12 slider buns (mini brioche or sesame)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, sliced

½ cup pickles (dill or bread-and-butter)

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Optional: crispy bacon pieces, jalapeños, or avocado slices for extra toppings

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined; avoid over-mixing to keep the burgers tender.

      Shape the Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small patty, making them slightly larger than the slider buns since they will shrink while cooking.
