2 medium zucchinis, grated

1 cup fresh corn kernels (can use frozen, thawed)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
